What is a telecoil?
A telecoil (T-coil) is a small magnetic coil inside some hearing aids (e.g. KS 9.0 T). This coil functions as an antenna that picks up a compatible signal from a loop system.
T-coil technology has been around for many years. It is the direct transmission of an electromagnetic signal directly into the hearing aid which improves the signal to noise ratio for the hearing aid wearer.
